The Sagarpara Education College (SEC) is implemented by some generous, progressive, dedicated & devoted dignitaries were established in the year 2016 and Recognized by NCTE and affiliated to WBUTTEPA(for B.Ed.) & WBBPE(for D.Ed.).

Sagarpara Education College, which is started its journey in 2016, has developed into a prominent institution for higher and B.Ed & D.Ed education in Sagarpara, West Bengal. Originally established by local initiatives with a view to spreading education among the suburban population of Sagarpara. Sagarpara Education College has earned its strong academic reputation through its rigorous commitment to academic excellence. The College is situated at Murshidabad Sagarpara on the 11th No. State Highway. The College campus with its two imposing buildings. Main building and Hostel Buinding. The Boys Hostel, and the surrounding green fields presents a unique view. The college presently courses in all the three streams i.e. Arts, Commerce and Science. While general courses are offered in all these streams, Apart from the students of the locality and the adjoining areas of Sagarpara, students from Beharampur and Murshidabad districts of West Bengal and also from Kolkata district of West Bengal are found getting admissions regularly in the College. Besides its continued dedicated work to the cause of education, the college makes it a point to cultivate moral values among the students irrespective of caste, creed, and religion through its Education board. and other regular co-curricular activities.
